Tandoori Chicken Masala

Option Tandoori Chicken Masala is an extra-ordinarily crafted blend for the marinades to delight with undoubtedly restaurant style taste for tandoori preparations.  The concept of Tandoor cooking was found in kitchens of Mughal empire and today, it has acquired a unique place in menus of every Indian restaurant and weddings.


Chilli, Coriander, Cumin, Bay Leaves,   Dried Mango, Cassia, Garlic, Onion, Turmeric, Dry Ginger, Clove, Bengal Gram, Black Pepper, Staranise, Ajowan, Kasoori Methi, Salt, Black Cardamom, Shiahjeera, Trifla, Cardamom.






To prepare marinade, take hunged curd.  Add Option Tandoori Chicken Masala, Kashmiri Red Chilli Powder, salt to taste, little ajowain, ginger-garlic paste, lime juice and mix well.  Now heat mustard oil, put turmeric powder in it and add this to the marinade.  Whip this mixture well. Now apply this mixture to the chicken pieces nicely and evenly. Keep it aside and let it rest for at least 30 minutes.  Now start arranging chicken pieces on barbecue skewers.  Put them in pre-heated oven or tandoor and let it cook till well done.  You may apply oil in between to let it cook evenly.  Sprinke some Chat Masala to give final touch and serve hot with onion salad, lemon wedges & mint chutney.

You can also use this masala for preparing marination that helps you cook restaurant style paneer tikka and other tandoor or barbeque based cuisine.
