RECIPE OF ORIGINAL MUMBAI STYLE PAV BHAJI:
Heat up some butter with oil in a pan. Add finely chopped onion and sauté till it turns translucent. Add finely chopped capsicum and sauté for 5 minutes. Now add garlic paste and finely chopped tomatoes. Cook till raw flavours of tomatoes disappear. Now add Kashmiri Chilli Powder, Option Pav Bhaji Masala & Salt to taste. Cook till oil separates. Now add well mashed boiled Potatoes and Green Peas. You can also add vegetables of your choice. Cook till the gravy & vegetables are cooked well. Mash the bhaji in between while adding water to adjust the consistency of bhaji at regular intervals. Make sure you do not leave the chunks of the vegetables while mashing. Add freshly chopped coriander leaves, lemon juice & butter while giving the final touch. Serve hot with grilled buttered Pav and finely chopped onions with lemon wings and any form of aerated drink.
