RECIPE OF TIKHA PANI (SPICY WATER):
Take fresh mint leaves and its half proportion of fresh coriander leaves. Add green chillies as per your taste preference. Add ginger. Wash them properly and put it in a mixer jar. Add Option PaniPuri Masala, Salt, Black Salt, Cumin Powder & tamarind paste. Make a fine paste of this mixture. Add the paste into water to make Tikha Pani. Add water into sweet chutney to make Mitha Pani. Take puffed Puri and fill it up with stuffing of your choice such as Potato, Chana, Mung, Ragda or soaked boondi. Fill it up with Tikha / Mitha Pani in appropriate proportion as per your taste preference and enjoy the world famous street food of India – Pani Puri.
