Meat-Mutton Masala

Option Meat - Mutton Masala is a marvellously crafted spice blend that brings out the authentic nawabi flavour in the Indian style meat curry preparations.



Chilli, Coriander, Cumin, Bay Leaves, Fennel, Cassia, Dried Mango, Garlic, Clove, Onion,   Dry Ginger,  Mint Leaves, Black Cardamom, Staranise, Turmeric, Black Pepper, Cardamom, Shiahjeera,  Kasoori Methi, Stone Flower, Salt, Mace, Nutmeg, Trifla.






Marinate Meat in hung curd, ginger-garlic paste, chilli powder, Option Meat Masala, salt & lemon juice.  Keep it aside for resting. Heat up some butter with oil in a pan. One by one, keep adding cumin, ginger-garlic paste & chopped onions. Saute till the onion turns translucent.  Now add tomato puree and cook for 3 to 4 minutes. Now add chilli powder, Meat Meat Masala & Salt to taste. Cook till oil separates from the masalas.  At this stage, add marinated meat pieces into the gravy and mix well gently.  Let it cook with lid covered till the meat cooks well with spices & gravy.  Add water to adjust the consistency of the gravy.  Add pinch of Kasoori Methi, butter & cream to finish up.  Mix well.  Garnish with fresh coriander leaves and serve hot with choice of Indian bread or rice.
