Garam Masala

Option Garam Masala is a perfect blend of aromatic & flavourful spices that enhances the flavour of Indian curries, snacks, dals etc. when used in addition to regular spices.  It has multiple applications and is a must have blend in every Indian kitchen.

Mesh some fully boiled potatoes. Heat oil in a pan. Add mustard seeds, cumin seeds, asafoetida, curry leaves, crushed chillies, ginger - garlic paste, turmeric powder, salt & Option Garam Masala. Now add this mixture into the mashed potatoes and mix properly.  Add freshly chopped coriander & mint leaves. Make round balls of this mixture and keep aside. Take Besan into a bowl and add little by little water to make medium thick slurry.  Add salt and hot oil to slurry. Whip well and mix.  Heat oil in a frying pan.  Coat the potato balls with slurry and put them one by one, gently into the frying pan. Let the wada turn crisp and golden yellow from outside. Serve hot with chutneys of your choice.


You can use Option Garam Masala in several Indian preparations such as samosa, patra, stuff parantha, dals, curries etc.
