RECIPE FOR RESTAURANT STYLE PANEER TIKKA
For marinade, take hunged curd. Add Option Barbeque Tikka Masala, Kashmiri Red Chilli Powder, salt to taste, little ajowan, ginger-garlic paste, lime juice and mix well. Now heat mustard oil, put little turmeric powder in it and add this to the marinade. Whip this mixture well. Now apply this mixture to the evenly diced big paneer cubes all over. You may also add vegetables of your choice such as onion, capsicum, tomato, potato, baby corn, mushroom etc. Once applied the marinade evenly, keep it aside and let it rest for at least 30 minutes. Now start arranging the marinated paneer and vegetables on barbecue skewers. Put them in pre-heated oven or barbeque grill and let it cook till well done. You may apply oil in between to let it cook evenly. Once done, sprinkle some Chat Masala to give final touch and serve hot with onion salad, lemon wedges & mint chutney.
