RECIPE OF VEGETABLE/PANEER MAKHANWALA:

Heat up some butter with oil in a pan. Add cumin, cashew nut paste & cook till its raw flavour disappears.  Now add tomato puree and cook for 3 to 4 minutes. Now goes Kashmiri chilli powder, Option Kitchen King Masala (NONG) & Salt to taste. Add little sugar.  Cook till oil separates from the masalas.  Now add boiled cut vegetables such as cauliflower, carrots, beans & peas if you intend to make Vegetable Makhanwala. To prepare Paneer Makhanwala just add paneer cubes instead of vegetables.  Mix well and let it cook with lid covered for 5 more minutes.  Add water to adjust the consistency of the gravy.  Add pinch of kasoori methi, butter & cream to finish up.  Mix well. Garnish with fresh coriander leaves and serve hot with naan, roti or parantha.
