RECIPE OF BUTTER CHICKEN MASALA:
Marinate Chicken in hunged curd, ginger-garlic paste, Option Chicken Masala, chilli powder, salt & lemon juice. Keep it aside for resting. Heat up some butter with oil in a pan. One by one, add cumin, ginger-garlic paste & chopped onions. Saute till the onion turns translucent. Now add tomato puree and cook for 3 to 4 minutes. Add chilli powder, Option Chicken Masala & Salt to taste. Add little sugar. Cook till oil separates from the masalas. At this stage, add marinated chicken pieces into the gravy and mix well gently. Let it cook with lid covered till the chicken cooks well with spices & gravy. Add water to adjust the consistency of the gravy. Add pinch of Kasoori Methi, butter & cream to finish up. Mix well. Garnish with fresh coriander leaves and serve hot with choice of Indian bread or rice.
