RECIPE OF VEGETABLE BIRYANI:
Heat butter in a pan. Add ginger-garlic paste. After a minute, add chopped onion. Once they turn golden, add tomato puree and let it cook till butter separates. Now add Option Biryani Masala, salt and saute for a while. Add boiled vegetables of your choice along with fresh chopped mint leaves, fenugreek leaves, coriander leaves and little sugar. Once done, add 75% cooked basmati rice and mix gently. For additional flavours, add little rose water, kewra water & few saffron strands soaked in milk. Cover the lid and let it cook for 10 minutes at slow flame while gently stirring occasionally. Add fresh cream & ghee. Mix gently and garnish with fried onions and fresh coriander. Serve hot with curry or curd based raita of choice.
